I think the rosemary oil is working fine ..I saw baby hairs growing..
I use it in combination with rosemary essential oil and it is working wonders for me. Decreased hairfall, frizz free softer hair is what I am getting as a result. I even use it to deeply moisturize my skin on weekends.
