We are offering cruelty-free skin and hair care solutions for over 20 years. No animal testing is performed at any stage for any product. Our company strongly believes in animal love (PETA Certified), a philosophy evident in the animal-friendly office space and the routine animal welfare activities undertaken by the brand. The Soulflower Headquarters, also known as the Soulflower Sanctuary, is home to more than 20 animals. Soulflower also cares, rehabilitates and feeds over 200 stray animals daily. We believe in Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, where Humans, Animals and Nature – All Come Together as a family.

We ensure that our palm oil production is sustainable and RSPO Certified. Our products are preservative-free and chemical-free, and curated directly from mother nature. All the products are deeply rooted in traditions, drawing on the ancient science of Ayurveda and age-old remedies passed down generations to provide sustainable, potent formulations using fresh and pure hand-selected ingredients.

 

We are ESG Certified and believers of the Farm to Face Philosophy, practice clean beauty, teach surrounding farmer communities about environmentally sustainable farming and business practices through collaborations and ensure that customers are provided with the purest and most naturally made ingredients.

For all pre-paid orders, the confirmation status will be automatically updated in the ‘My Account’ section. Also, you will receive an order confirmation email. If your payment method is Cash on Delivery, you will get a call from IVR/ customer care on your registered contact details to confirm the order placed. Once you confirm, the order will be processed immediately.

Purchases can be made with any of the methods: cash on delivery, debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI/QR, Wallet, EMI, or Pay Later options through various platforms including Paytm, Simpl, Razorpay, Cashfree, PayPal (for international payments only).

 

  1. What is Cash on Delivery (COD) and how can I avail it?

You can use cash on delivery (COD) facility if you are uncomfortable making online payments. You can pay the invoice in cash at the time of actual delivery at your doorstep with this feature. COD facility is available on select orders.

The availability of COD on each order has no special charge. However, an additional fee for COD is paid, which is charged by Courier Services is included.

We are trying our best to facilitate COD at all locations, but sometimes COD services are not available at certain pin codes. In those cases, only prepaid options are available.

We encourage customers to go for contact-less delivery, and we support the Government Of India Initiative for Digital Payment.
