Used empty Soulflower bottles returning process from user and soul-points processing to customer
To receive used empty Soulflower bottles from Soulflower customers through courier, provide soul-points to customer as per the current company policies and recycle the empty bottles for future uses.
Terms and Conditions for Soulflower Empties Program:
- The number of bottles should be sent by the customer in multiples of 5 only.
- For each bottle sent, 20 Soul Points would be credited to the customer’s account.
- Soulflower would not be offering any pick-up service from the customer. The customer has to send the empty Soulflower bottles at his/her cost.
- Once the empty Soulflower containers are sent by the customers, the customer should send in the courier tracking ID, the number of bottles sent and their registered email address and contact number to email@example.com / on the link available on the website.
- The points would be credited within 3 working days after the receipt of the empty containers from the customer.
- The empty bottles of Soulflower only will be accepted and be eligible for Soul Points.
