Can either of these oils be used for cooking? No. Soulflower Essential Oils are made to be used topically or in a diffuser and are not supposed to be ingested.
Can I use this product directly on my skin? Essential Oils are concentrated and it is not advisable to use them directly on the skin. Kindly mix them with Carrier Oil for the best results on your skin and hair.
Are the oils steam distilled or are chemicals used for extraction? Extraction of this essential oil is done through steam distillation of pure lavender and peppermint. To retain the therapeutic benefits, it is sun-dried and the essence is collected through high pressured steam. This steam is then condensed to separate the essential oil from water. The product is thus free of chemicals or artificial fragrances.
