Add 3-4 drops to 1tbs of any Soulflower Bath Salt & Immerse your feet in hot water to relax tired & sore muscles.

Essential oils are great of this brand
Have had a stuffy nose for a while. Finally opened this bottle and used it for steam inhalation. Nose hasn't worked this well in ages.
