Soap or a sanitizer?
While head-to-toe hygiene is a priority now, your hands are the only body parts which come in frequent contact with almost everything. There are uncountable times when you might have unconsciously touched your face with your hands. Hence, there’s a strong focus given on keeping your hands squeaky clean.
Now, here comes the question whether washing your hands with a soap or using a sanitizer actually keeps you safe. The fact is that, both are equally good when it comes to keeping your skin clean. Soap is definitely a wee bit better at cleaning but frequent sanitization of your hands does help a lot as well. Sanitizers are handy and accessible. You can carry it around everywhere. It’s almost like a portable alternative where soap and water are not available.
At last, washing your hands with the soap does the main work. But, carrying soap is not convenient unless you really wish to. You can always keep a mini bottle of water and a tiny slice of soap handy when you walk out of your home. Moral of the story is that, use both. It’s all about maintaining good hygiene while also looking at convenience.
