Self-care is a layered concept. From taking care of your physical self which includes the food you eat or the beauty product you use to keeping an eye out for what you are feeding your mind to. It does matter a lot. Throughout the day, the mind is exposed to various elements and it is simply our responsibility to decide what we are letting in. Along with being kind and compassionate to a fellow human being, it is equally important to do the same for our own self. To be kind, forgiving and loving. Just like our body, our mind needs to be nurtured and only then, it can bloom. Let not the world decide what’s good for us. Let us be our own knight with that shining armour or should that change that with be a bouquet of flowers?
