What we need to remember is that not all types of oils can be used for oil cleansing though. Those which clog pores or are of thick texture has to be avoided. However, if you have excessively dry skin, you can easily choose a thick consistency oil over a thinner one. Hence, oils such as Jojoba or Olive are a much preferred choice for doing this regime. In fact, Jojoba is one of the best oils for cleansing as the chemical composition it has is closest to the sebum that our skin naturally produces. Also, it helps to reduce acne and oil production in your skin.
Before you follow this regime, make sure to do a test on a patch of your skin for a few days to see how it reacts.
🌲 Put 1-2 teaspoon of Soulflower Jojoba Carrier Oil in your palm. Apply the oil to your dry face and gently use your fingertips to massage into the skin for a minute or two
🌲 This would remove the makeup, grime and dirt and even dead skin cells. The oil will penetrate the skin.
🌲 Take a warm damp towel and gently wipe away the oil from your face. Use circular motions and make sure not to press too hard or you would scrub away the skin. Wash with warm water once you are done.
