Oil Bath in Winters!

With a steady drop in temperatures, it is obvious for us to become lazy while taking our regular shower. But as your body doesn't sweat too much during the winters, it is okay to take a day off from taking a bath once in a while. Although we wouldn't recommend that too often. But, it is also important that while you are taking your daily shower, you also do it the right way. Did you ever hear about Oil Bath in winters? We are sure you must have. It's nothing other than applying a generous amount of any moisturizing oil on your body prior to taking a bath. Or just adding 8-9 drops of the oil into your bath water. Either way it works!

Now what are the benefits of taking Oil Bath? Because we definitely don't recommend this during the summers.

🌿 First of all, it is very relaxing as your skin doesn't come in direct contact with the harsh cold water. There is a protective layer of oil on your skin or in the bath water.
🌿 This kind of bath restores and maintains the natural moisture in your skin
🌿 It also keeps common cold and flu away
🌿 The Massage Oils used in Oil Bath are made with natural ingredients such as Rose, Lavender, Jasmine, Sandalwood to name a few. These can help to address specific skin issues such as dryness, itchy skin, acne or even excessive oiliness.
