Morning sickness and nausea during pregnancy!

How to use:

🌿In an electric or ceramic diffuser, add water and 2 drops each of Soulflower Lavender, Eucalyptus and Peppermint Essential Oil.

🌿Light a candle beneath if it’s an oil burner or just switch on the light if it’s an electric one. The aroma will start spreading in seconds.

🌿Alternately, put 2 drops each of these essential oils into a handkerchief and inhale or you can even put them in a roller bottle and do the same whenever you feel nauseous.
