Swelling in ankles and feet is of course not uncommon as most of the pregnant women face that and mobility becomes a serious issue then. Now why does swelling occur during those months? It is because of extra fluids in the body and the gradual weight gain which leads to your feet accumulating water and turning lump and double the size. This puffiness mostly occurs at the later stage when your body weight is more. Hence, it is advised to avoid standing for long periods or not doing strenuous work. Additionally putting a foot rest under or propping up your feet while sitting, doing stretches or lying on your left side when sleeping are few remedies which are recommended to avoid having puffy feet.

🌻 Warm up Soulflower Castor Carrier Oil in a bowl. Add 2 drops each of Soulflower Lavender and Peppermint Essential Oil into it.
🌻 Apply on your feet and ankles. Gently massage in upward direction.
🌻 You can either cover your feet with a cloth or put on socks. Keep for 30 minutes and remove them.
🌻 Repeat this process diligently every night or even twice a day if your swelling is more.
