Joint and muscle aches can increase twofold during winters. This simple homemade DIY Muscle Rub can ease your muscles and also keep it relaxed. Heat up Shea Butter and Beeswax Pellets in a double boiler. Add Soulflower Olive Carrier Oil to it. Mix well.
Stir continuously and put it down from the boiler. Let cool for a few seconds.
Add 2-3 each of drops of Soulflower Peppermint & Eucalyptus Essential Oil
Give a really through mix and let it set. When it solidifies, keep it in a cool, dry place and apply whenever required.
