DIY Muscle Warming Rub

Joint and muscle aches can increase twofold during winters. This simple homemade DIY Muscle Rub can ease your muscles and also keep it relaxed.

🌱 Heat up Shea Butter and Beeswax Pellets in a double boiler. Add Soulflower Olive Carrier Oil to it. Mix well.
🌱 Stir continuously and put it down from the boiler. Let cool for a few seconds.
🌱 Add 2-3 each of drops of Soulflower Peppermint & Eucalyptus Essential Oil
🌱 Give a really through mix and let it set. When it solidifies, keep it in a cool, dry place and apply whenever required.
