A simple DIY to soothe sore muscles. All you need is Soulflower Eucalyptus Essential Oil and a few wash towels.
✅Add 8 drops of Soulflower Eucalyptus Essential Oil to a bowl along with water.
✅Soak the towels into the bowl, one at a time. Squeeze out the excess water.
✅Roll up the towel and put them in a tray and place them in the freezer.
✅Depending upon your freezer, take out the towel to check if it's frozen.
✅Apply on your neck, sore muscles or anywhere you think you might get some relief.
