DIY for tired and sore muscles!

Soaking yourself in a tub of warm water combined with bath salts can be a great way to unwind and relax tired muscles. An addition of few essential oils can work even better to soothe sore muscles and even help you get a good sleep.


Today's DIY is the one for tired and sore muscles. We have taken a combination of Soulflower Bath Salts and Essential Oils. Pretty much simple and doesn't require much to-do's.



All you need to do is:
🌿One bowl of Soulflower Lavender Bath Salt as it's good for soothing tired muscles.
🌿2 tablespoons of Baking Soda
🌿2 drops each of Soulflower Lavender, Geranium & Frankincense Essential Oil



Directions of use:
🌿Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and once done, store it in an airtight mason jar.
🌿Apply on your feet and calf muscles and keep for 30 minutes.
🌿You can take a bath or just wipe away with a towel soaked in hot water.
