DIY Essential Oils Rub to keep yourself warm, happy and healthy!

There has been a certain drop in the temperature seen in the past week. Of course, it's October and mid-fall. In fact less than two months away from the colder month of December. When you go out early morning or late evening, you can literally feel the cold air hitting your face. Even though the weather is undoubtedly lovely, this is the time when you need to be extra cautious and keep away from common cold, headache, runny nose and such issues.

Essential Oils like Lemon, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Lavender can be really handy when it comes to issues such as common cold. Apart from diffusing these oils, they can also be combined together as a blend with carrier oils and applied on your body.

Here is a DIY Essential Oils Rub to keep yourself warm, happy and healthy!

All you need to do is:
🌿Take 8-10 tablespoons of Soulflower Coconut Carrier Oil in a bowl and warm it up a bit.
🌿Let it cool down for 5-10 minutes and add 2 drops each of Soulflower Lemon, Eucalyptus & Peppermint Essential Oil into the Coconut Oil.
🌿Coconut Oil tends to solidify during these months. So, it would automatically become like a rub.
🌿Apply on the areas around your nose and on your body every night.
