With Mental Health Day just round the corner and also with the festivities knocking at the door, it's important for us to stay sane. Striking a good balance between a healthy mind and body is essential. While the coming days can be fun, it can also take a toll on us. Hence, a good pre-festive regime followed by a post can keep us going in the long run. And, yes, we would keep glowing even after the festivities end! ⭐

Today's recipe is luxurious but still simple. A combination of skin loving ingredients and oils, this will keep your skin soft, supple and glowing.

All you need to do is:
🌿4-5 tablespoons of Soulflower Sandalwood Massage Oil
🌿2-3 drops of Soulflower Orange Essential Oil 🍊
🌿A bowl of milk 🥛
🌿Bath water 🛁

Directions of use:

🌿Add the Massage Oil and Essential Oil into the bowl of milk
🌿Combine them well and pour it into your bath water.
🌿You can either soak 🛀 in or take a bath 🚿 with the blend. Make sure to wash away with warm water.
🌿Repeat this thrice a week for best results.
